Good day Fraih. I just got a call for an interview tomorrow from BAT. Are you currently in Ibadan for yours? Or the one you have scheduled for next week is the assessment center? If you don’t mind, can I also have your contact? Thank you

after pymetric u will wait but try and be checking ur profile on their portal that u applied for the job whether it showing initial assessment or initial review and if its blank or showing only date and the role u applied for, it means u are out of the recruitment

then as for the whole recruitment process, starting from application, pymetrics,sonru or phone interview,video or face to face interview and lastly assessment center.....it could take between 4 to 5 months.......i started since october 9 2021 and am just waiting for date for assessment center in February 2022.....so buckle up and prepare for the long ride because in the end its worth the wait...

like he said, they is no test materials for pymetric, and try to read the job description and know wat the company wants.....as a finance trainee, one of ur skills should be keen attention to details, u should be able to make good decisions and the golden rule, u have to be honest or full of integrity becos the role is about money/finance and anything money has to do with integrity and honesty....so condition ur mind to be one with BAT and job descriptions......
