Focus: A Follower of What is Good

WORD FOR TODAY
The evil of evil men live with them. The most important antidote against the evil enterprise of the evil men is to be a lover and a follower of what is good!!!

You are a lover and a follower of what is good if your pursuit in life is the will of God. Evil men will not but always want to perform their evil enterprise in the lives of men. However, every man must be mindful of the fact that seeking that which is good is a sure way to becoming safe from the evil work of the enemy.

The brother of Joseph hated him so much and planned to harm him but Joseph loved them and sought for their welfare. Hence, their evil act against him worked out the plan of God for his life. Similarly, King Saul sought to kill David using every possible means but the Lord kept him safe. When David had the opportunity to pay King Saul in his own coin; instead of killing him, He considered the word of God and did not lay his hands on God's anointed.

Irrespective of your experience with men and what they have done to you; be a lover and follower of what is good come what may. You can only overcome evil with good.
