Judiciary has stopped the ruling party UNDER BUHARI from participating in both River State and Zamfara Governorship election (as at today), giving PDP a free ride.
Do you know why there is no noise and Democracy is not in danger? It's because the affected party is APC
Naijaalive:
The @OfficialPDPNig hails the judgment of the Supreme Court, upholding the law in nullifying the legally defective primaries of the @OfficialAPCNg in Rivers state, as victory for democracy and the rule of law.

The party commends the apex court for its courage in delivering the landmark judgment, which has saved the nation from a serious constitutional crisis that could have marred the 2019 general elections and detract from our overall electoral system.

The judgment of the Supreme Court serves as a huge lesson to politicians and political parties, to eschew impunity and always conduct their affairs in a manner that is in tandem with the provision of the law.

The courage displayed by the Supreme Court in delivering the judgment at this critical time in our national life has also restored the confidence of Nigerians in the institution of the Judiciary and our democratic order.

My brother true talk. If it was PDP they will use all crooked means to get a good judgment. Imagine PDP hailing the decision if it were the other way round you will hear that Buhari is a Tyrant.

Non-interference? Fair? With the blatant attack against the CJN and his illegal 'suspension'? That is the worst form of interference but the judiciary stood its ground! Why do u think the Court of Appeal already granted that questionable stay of execution of judgment even when the Supreme Court in a judgment last year had pronounced the correctness and propriety of the ruling of the state high court?
What attack on the CJN? Where are the huge amount of money in his account coming from? How much does he earn as CJN? The man himself stated that he forgot to declare the money. So the CJN himself commited illegality. Even if Buhari was wrong to have suspended him why is PDP crying blood? Is judiciary now part of PDP? Between during GEJ era Justice Ayo Salami was illegally suspended PDP hail the suspension because it favoured them. Irrespective of your argument I give Kudos to the FG on this one.

The APC are the one controlling the judiciary system, they using this news as bait to catch the big fish, this are to beautify the citizen mind, their target is the presidency, they know what they are doing, when comes to the presidency court case, that is when the masses will know that the Devilish APC are controlling the judiciary.

This judgement have been written but reserved before the cjn was suspended. Apc thought that they will intimidate the judges with the cjn suspension and charges, but they have failed.

Attack my foot. You must be a learner to believe that CJN actually forgot to declare humongous money discovered in his bank accounts. You and I may not like Buhari but I think we should applaud him for non interference in Rivers state judgement , if it were to be other way, PDP would have written everybody in the world . A questionable stay of execution granted by the court of Appeal? You mut be a PDP member.

It could have happened 15 years ago but it also shows how much better our institutions are now. A good job by the previous dispensation.

Buhari won by over 2 million votes. So over 2 million kids voted for Buhari?

Both Apc and PDP rigged in their strongholds and the most popular candidate won
