Was it All that decided what the constitution will be? But let us say for the sake of argument that Zik was the one who caused secession clause not to be in the constitution, it still would have made no difference

That constitution was overthrown in January 1966 and has never been practiced since then. So even if Nigeria had a secession clause in its constitution, that constitution was long gone even before Ojukwu declared Biafra.

Nobody closed port Harcourt port. In fact it's functioning till now but people don't want to patronise them because of the high expenses which is due to millitants and pirates in that region. It's not Yoruba fault that the SS region has miscreants close to the sea. Moreover the revenue doesn't even go to Lagos state government but the federal government.
