I obviously don't agree with your explanation and observation definitely as team you don't win all the time but as a coach you don't heaps and scrutinize you players before the press you must learn to absorb the blame and find a way around to motivate your players off and on the pitch, Sarri tactics lately has been an archic old fashion tactics style of football none of the players that he signed into Chelsea have been able to deliver exceptionally with this kind of result it's disheartining, diagraceful, embrassing for a club like Chelsea don't forget we still away matches to Man United, and other tough team the best he can do now is to resign and allow Frank Lampard take over the team imagine Sarri removing Ngolo Kante from is natural playing you don't change a winning style rather you build on it.

Antonio Conte said that after we won the FA Cup but Roman impatience led him out of the door. Hazard, William, Luiz and Azplicueta are the cabals in the dressing room, if they're not let go, this same issue would always resurface .And for Sarri, in as much as i admire his style of play, Italian Serea A is a different ball game to the EPL, Kante has everything it takes to nullify the threats and avert goal bound opportunities but i don't know why he keeps playing him out of position.
