You guys misunderstand Atiku's situation completely. He came back to the PDP actually because they want him. Secondly, the minority group that is against his return is the Adamawa state governor(Nyako) and his group. To get a waiver, one needs to get his state secretariat write to the national one. Then you can get a waiver. In Atiku's case, he should be exempted because the Alex Ekwueme recommendations grants him an unconditional return to the party he co-founded in. If Atiku doesn't get exempted, and state chapter of the party doesn't write to the national secretariat, why shouldn't he go to court? It's his right. Anyway, he should be granted waiver whatever the circumstance. They've no excuse really!

And I am a withness of this, But the fact is that, Atiku went back to re-register in his own ward in Jada LGA. I bear withness to this account. Definitely, Adamawa state chapter don't want to allow Atiku back to the party because they are afraid of his influence and the fact that they are fighting makes them think he will do all he can to bring them down.
