1. The over 800 power equipment containers stranded at the port for years are from this fund
2. Bulk of the gas-powered electricity gencos, most of which were developed during OBJ administration are also from the fund
3. I know many power substation built from 2006 upward, most of whom were handled by the Niger Delta Power Holding company
