what's so hard in publishing a breakdown of what was procured, bought, installed and/or replaced/repaired? a year by year account would suffice. did efcc, tambuwal or obj do this? 5 Likes 1 Share |

Imagine if each state in Nigeria had 1000MW power plant. We would have a total of 36000MW power plant as a nation. Very realistic but Nigeria has no bearing. Each state should have consulted TCN by now to find out how much is needed to upgrade the state's transmission system to the most optimal state. Then get it done within 4 years. Very realistic but Nigeria has no bearing 7 Likes |

The question should be; what has Buhari's government added to the power sector Before 2015, power supply was much better, but when Buhari came he failed to build on what he met on ground. Buhari is just trying to wipe up the corruption sentiment again because he knows that some Nigerians are easily deceived when you tell them that your opponent is corrupt. Lol, baba OBJ is funny sha, as if he knows that Buhari can't read that book of his. If I hear say he read am! 2 Likes |

dre11: What the hell, is lack of proper understanding? $16b and no power, or the sale of phcn equipment and assets without a complementary legislation to decentralize generation transmission and distribution, with the intent of creating another monopoly, or the none upgrade to the transmission lines, and you say lack of understanding? - what is the exact thing, we don't understand sir? It's either you retire and keep quiet or you explains what nipp and liyel imoke did with the $16b and the 10% possible kick backs they shared for themselves, because it's their way - do we have to go back to your book to ask questions - your book "my watch" where you stated in categorical terms your deputy was corrupt and you have gone ahead to say you have forgiven him, meaning the foundation of the book, is also laden with lies and he is no more corrupt now, which kind of lies, from the pit of hell are these old men serving ignorant nigerian's at this stage in their lives? - when they should be praying for the forgiveness of their sins - we can also hear, the so-called big man of taraba ty shouting - it has hit all of them- earlier then they expected- political retirement 2 Likes |

Sincerely, I think here lies where some of the fund went to, it was on record that over 800 containers of power equipment were not cleared from the port. “The President also queried where the power generated is. The answer is simple: The power is in the seven National Integrated Power Projects and eighteen gas turbines that Chief Obasanjo’s successor who originally made the allegation of $16 billion did not clear from the ports for over a year and the civil works done on the sites. |

My brother Almighty God bless u more abundantly for this commentquote author=HappyPagan post=75682513]Nigeria has the most expensive darkness in the world. We are the only humans on the planet living in a modern world, with backward infrastructure. Fela used to sing about suffering and smiling. He should see us now... Religion, corruption has made us ugly and dirty. We need a filter for our national conscience... We are a horrible, horrible nation... That's why God left Nigeria years ago.... Now they run to church looking for him shouting "power, power" when e dey Obasanjo pocket Nigerians worship money. Thats why we are poverty capital. Money is so little in the hands, one who has plenty becomes Lord and God. New age slaves.
|
