In as much as the judgement of Zamfara high court remains valid, INEC will be progressing in error by excluding APC from the election. INEC should rescue itself from this unnecessary legal trouble by relisting APC on the ballot. Anything short of that will be a violation of a valid court judgement. APC will simply proceed to the tribunal and claim they were unlawfully excluded from the elections and the tribunal will cancel the entire elections. 3 Likes |

So because your party refused to put it's house in order the other 91 parties and Nigerians should have to wait for you to finish running mad? Buffoons! 4 Likes 1 Share |

seunmsg: Then so be it. Allow INEC run her thing, then go to tribunal.. Not use federal might to postpone it. Besides, the court of appeal already ruled on this 5 Likes 1 Share |

seunmsg: I guess you should read the write up again.. However, I'd you're confident of victory at the tribunals, then let the election hold, why using the AG to stall already prepared process? 4 Likes |

Democracy and anything related to modern governance died the day Buhari ascended power in 1984 and again in 2015. I bet anyone that if this extremist, incompetent, parochial, senile bigot returns to power by hook,in 2019,he would use the same means to want to perpetuate himself beyond 2023,even if he is lying gravely sick or dying, and there would be demented people to support him! 3 Likes |

INEC and Nigerians must resist this precedence being set by Buhari. Of what use is the independence of Nigeria electoral commission if they cannot maintain their neutrality? 1 Like |

A similar issue played out in ondo state guber where the APC used a faction of PDP of Jimoh Ibrahim. By the time the legal tussle was settled in favour of the right PDP, it was 24hrs to the election, inec refused to shift the election. So why is the incompetent Malami asking for the impossible. Anyway, the appeal court ruling has nullified his request abinitio 1 Like 1 Share |

KillTheZombies:INEC has to print new ballot papers with APC listed and that will take some time. INEC doesn't have a choice but to postpone the zamfara national assembly elections. The presidential election can still go on as planned. 1 Like |
