After what seems like a massive crowd at the entrance of the independent national electoral commission head office located at police station road, auchi etsako west local government area, there has been speculations that list for ADHOC staff might not be released today. As at the time of filling in the report, precisely 5:30pm, news going round suggests that the delay is as a result of some corrupt practices within the office.
