The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has postponed the General election earlier scheduled for Saturday, February 16 , 2019.

Earlier, Rotimi Oyekanmi, the chief press secretary to INEC’s chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, had informed newsmen that the commission had taken a decision after the crucial meeting attended by the
chairman and 12 national commissioners.
According to him, “A decision has been taken, but you’d have to hear from the horse’s mouth.”

It's indeed true that INEC debunked the rumours yesterday night but trust me The Elections have been postponed officially... I don't carry rumours... I waited till 2am before posting this... U can check other sites for confirmation also check Toke Makinwa's post on Instagram
