Does anyone know whose statement this is?

I can see that many people like this statement, but do you really spend a lot of time on your health? And most importantly, your head, because this is the main part of our body. Recently, after visiting a psychologist, I found out that I am an addictive personality. No, I'm not addicted to alcohol or drugs, I'm addicted to bad emotions. As soon as everything is good in my life, I start looking for something bad to start worrying about. This is exactly the same addiction as a drug. I found good specialists with whom I solve my problem, I hope I will succeed!
