That is exactly the reason they want you to know with no prove. He pleaded not guilty and was granted bail, and was immediately throw into prison again cause he spoke against the government. Bashir is facing a corrupt charges just like Dasuku, now Dasuki is in prison or even dead who knows despact been granted bail while Bashir was immediately released.
