That's one of the reasons US has become a permanent battlefield where gun deaths has become a national pill. People commit crimes at will because they know killing a 100 people will only give you life in prison. If shooters and police that kills blacks are killed too, gun deaths would have drastically reduced. Nigerians are very stubborn to law. Scary things need to be said to put them in check. Some crimes should attract death as penalty; PMB is very correct. Snatch ballot box; pay with you life!
