if the internal logistics didn't provide the material can the external logistics transfer them? and moreover the external logistics are acting base on the directives of internal logistics.

Mua'za is the Chairman Advisory Committee for Logistics. Note the word Advisory.

Proffesor Ibeanu is the Chairman of Logistics and Operations Committee. This is the Committee responsible for welfare of our Corpers.

Does it hold an water to say that the northerners are educationally backward in Nigeria? Even the in the field of statistic, as in many cases of departmental heads under Muhammadu Buhari's regime, a northern probably a Fulani holds the top post. Only a foolish Nigerian will support the deceitful quota system employed in Nigeria's academic intake process. Equity and merit must return to Nigeria in order to dream about unity.

The Independent National Electoral Commission on Thursday inaugurated two ad hoc committees as part of its preparations for the forthcoming 2019 general election.
The two committees, Electoral Logistics and Collation Centre, were inaugurated by the INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, at the commission’s headquarters in Abuja.
The Electoral Logistics Committee is chaired by INEC National Commissioner,‎ retired Air Vice Marshal Ahmed Mu’azu, with INEC Director of Stores as Secretary.
The committee on Collation Centre is chaired by another National Commissioner, Amina Zakari, and INEC Director, Commission’s Secretariat as Secretary.
While inaugurating the two committees, the INEC chairman said it was another step in the commission’s determination to ensure seamless preparations for the 2019 general elections.

It isn't news in the North & SW that Atiku is an Eastern candidate (with all the typical criminal traits), with Obi programmed to succeed him.

If Yorubas could be marginalised under Jonathan with full eastern support, then we need to wet our beards so it also doesn't catch fire.

A major sentiment that will contribute to his loss on Saturday.
