Unfortunately this boy was killed because he stood his ground by saying nobody should dictate to him, who he was to vote for in the elections. This happened to be the scenario that played out across most rural areas in Kogi State except for the capital. APC thugs alongside Military and Paramilitary officers had to force people to vote APC as they knew the people were overwhelmingly with PDP and they dare not disagree.
What happened in my polling unit was that the thugs fully aided with shooting in the air by security officers destroyed the ballot boxes and set fire to the ballot papers just like what was done in Lagos and this is even at Ogori/Magongo LGA, d smallest LGA in Kogi State so imagine what had happen to the bigger ones all because of their desperation for power. If INEC Chairman likes, let him come and deceive us with the elections were free and fair bullshit. I can't wait for the Elections to be cancelled!
