Comrade Timi Frank, Former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), said the election results across the country have shown that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate has won. Frank warned the electoral body not to succumb to pressures coming from President Muhammadu Buhari and other APC chieftains to change the results in their favour.
