INEC under this Prof Mahmood is worse than Prof. Moris Iwu. The irregularities are just too obvious. In the south and north central total vote cast were far from the total PVC collected meaning plenty people were disenfranchised directly and indirectly, but in the core North 90 percent of those who have PVC voted.
