How come there are no reported cases of rape in precolonial African societies when women walk about unclad?

there are no reported cases because most rape victims dont usually speak out

He was talking precolonial.

It would seem the African society opted for marrying women instead of raping them and there would have been punishments for rapista.

Unfortunately there is little information from that era about their practises

It was very easy.
Picture one is not colonial times.
It is as modern as 2019.
Yes, men saw so many half dressed women they got desensitised.
There was also no porn at the time to corrupt minds.
As early as age twelve or fourteen young boys got married so rather than rape or test raging hormones on town females they could 'kill' their wives with their ever growing physical prowess.
A man with responsibilities is always a level headed and more calculating one.
It doesn't matter if he's twelve, fourteen or thirty years of age.
By the time you feed two children you no go wan test-drive another female impregnate am thereby increasing your suffering.
When the men got a little older and very comfortable with providing they could then marry an extra wife or two.
Widows had no problems then.
They could easily jump into any willing man's household as a second, third, fourth or fifth wife.
His age did not matter, she only wanted a provider.
Nowadays even without much hardship a lot of females are ready to do the same.

There was no point.
There were also historical records of missionaries claiming sex in Africa was a freely given gift amongst the natives.
I guess a lot of unmarried people were busy distributing physical favours amongst themselves.
Don't forget unmarried people were in the minority so everyone was busy servicing their spouse(s).

Vastly thought out! I'd love to see a video of how it works.
