The Labaran Maku Campaign Organisation has been inundated with calls and messages emanating from various individuals and organisations to the effect that announcements are on-going at various fora alluding to the fact that His Excellency Labaran Maku has either stepped down from the gubernatorialrace or is the preferred candidate of certain organisations.

The campaign organisation wishes to reiterate for the umpteenth time that Labaran Maku will not drop out of the race for Governorship of Nasarawa State neither has he gone into alliance with anybody and/or political party to surrender the position to them. The Campaign organisation wishes to inform all that the time for His Excellency Labaran Maku to drop out of the race is past and that he will certainly be on the ballot for the governorship elections which comes up on 9th March 2019. All those who are currently using their privileged or God-given positions to make announcements to the contrary are kindly urged to desist from such ungodly acts.

We advise all Parties and Candidates who are spreading the announcements of a stepping down or alliance to kindly focus their campaign on the issues that presently assail the people of Nasarawa State.

The Labaran Maku Campaign Organisation is presently focussed on how to better the lot of the people and how to mobilise them to vote for the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) and its candidates during the forthcoming election.

In finality, we reiterate that His Excellency, LabaranMaku will contest the governorship election on 9thMarch 2019.

Nawani Aboki, Ph.D
Director General
Labaran Maku Campaign Organisation

No. He deserves to lead his state if he believes that he has something to offer.

We know him as the former minister of information, so who are you?

Point of correction, Maku is not a hausa man, he's an Eggon man so is David Umbugadu of PDP. REMEMBER, Nasarawa state is not a hausa state.

Forget that shyt my sister, I knew labaran maku when the dude was a minister. he was & still is a vindictive sunavabitch, That man actually threw away qualified candidates with valuable experience who served Nigeria for over 30 years in favor to political prostitutes who never deserved or worked for very vital positions during his time as minister of information.

He actually crossed out thier names & replace it with that of his useless crownies & political friends when the list reached his table. useless man!!

I ASSURE HE WILL COME A very distant third in the coming election. yeye man
