d reason is dat Igbo's believe dat PDP in Lagos state belong to them,next for Yoruba in Lagos state is not take them anything to send tinubu back to osun but Igbo's has take it personal,dey believe dat if agbaje win today is there power.....so as long as igbos in Lagos continue support agbaje,agbaje will continue lose in 100times

PDP is a failed party. why would they settle with Agbaje after 2015 loss

Agbaje is not a grassroot politician. what PDP need to win in Lagos is a non tribalist and a grassroot politician coupled with the party checkmating the incumbent throughout the 4years and maintaining political consistency. till then they'll remain a political soft landing for APC

I interacted with alot of Ibos and my friends, they are not even interested in lagos Guber election, so I am just wondering y Yorubas feel so insecure even when it is two yorubas contesting

The Deputy Governorship Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Oluyemisi Haleemat Busari, has lost her polling unit to his All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Busari polled 15 votes against Sanwo-Olu’s 40 at the 021 polling unit of Ward A, Unit 021 in Adekunle Anglican Primary School, Makoko, Lagos a few metres from her residence at Denny Estate.

In the House of Assembly, APC polled 41 against PDP’S 13.

She and her husband voted at the unit several hours earlier, some minutes after 11.am.

Evvery campaign needs money. Serious money. He spent a lot in the previous election 4 years ago, and he may not have recovered financially.
Even to get sponsors for his campaign is not easy. That's why supporters can also chip in and donate/ do a fundraiser

I am compelled to intervene in the needless exchanges between some Igbo and Yoruba commentators online. I am not from either of the tribes but I have friends from both and my younger sister is married to a Yoruba man while my younger brother is married to an Igbo lady. Both marriages are wonderful. There are other people who have inter-married across both tribes and I am sure there are people like me who have friends from both tribes. A few ethnic jingoists are just bent on inciting ancient hatred. I hope we don't pass this poison to the next generation. May the love and grace of God bring forgiveness, healing, understanding and unity among us. Every little issue is reduced to Igbo vs Yoruba and vice versa. We need to move on and unite against social injustice, criminality, poverty, unemployment, bad governance and the antics of politicians who exploit our differences to feather their nest. We are unique and different but we don't have to be divisive and disagreeable. Sometimes it is so childish. At other times, these sentiments are whipped up out of sheer mischief or crass ignorance. Your post shows how little or how matured you are irrespective of the chain of certificates you possess
