President Muhammadu Buhari has approved 64 million Euros for to facility to supply water in Kano State.


According to Minister of Finance, Mrs. Zainab Ahmed, the facility is from the French Development Agency will provide portable water for 1.5 million people in the state.

Forget it... Money for election re-run subtly and smartly been distributed. Forget the water trash, so they wanna tell us that it's in his Ganduje's near end in office that they realized that "pipe-borne" water is very important to kano citizens?

I found some details about the loan.

The loan granted for the facility will be paid at an interest rate of 1.02% with a repayment period of 20 years and a seven-year moratorium period. A 0.25% fee for appraisal and a commitment fee of 0.25% will be included. Minister of Finance, Zainab Ahmed described  the loan as a very low-cost facility.
