You saw the list of heavily indebted states. Lazy man.

Leverage is fine if it's to improve productivity.

Last I checked there are 7 State Capitals in Igboland- PH to Enugu to Abakaliki to Asaba etc. Also, so - called big Lagos IGR means that Lagosians (not Yoruba) but Lagosians are taxed to death just to pay the Big Debts.
In terms of human capital development which is what matters, the Igbos are doing okay, we still live in our houses not underneath bridge or red roofs

Since when did PHC become Igbo land?

Continue to dream with your false history.
Keep putting and laying claims to what does not belong to your kind.
I hope you know the boundaries that cuts round the area that is PHC and PHALGA.

And your moronic, ignorant and unintelligent contribution = You are lawless, anti social and you Igbos steal from yourselves and don't perform your civic obligations because you not only don't pay taxes, but also think you should not pay taxes.

Olodo is the question why States/ politicians claim they collect taxes? Or is the debate that high IGR does not mean high productivity ?

Economic productivity has to do with competitive & comparative advantages, efficiency, availability of means of production etc.

This is a pure economic debate. End of story. You keep dabbling everywhere

The competitive advantage (bigger economy) we have draws more people. It's no secret that the SW draws the most immigrants across the country and the need for the indigenes not to migrate enmass internally. It is also reflected in the share of GDP the area controls which also reflects in state governments ability to generate meaningful revenue from the region.

In the case of the Yeast. You really can't draw water from stone and your governments have far less tools to make the area economically bouyant. You are solely reliant on federal government handouts to build up any meaningful infrastructure or development. Is it why Nwosu and Ironsi decreed the unitary system to help the helpless yeast? grin

Imagine 36 billion to 72 billion (SW without Lagos and Kwara). It's not even a contest. If I add Lagos, it will be like taking a butter knife to a nuclear bomb fight

There's nothing special in Lagos leading the pack, We have 6 seaports n river ports shutdown by FG in eastern Nigeria, once they are opened, Lagos igr will fall like old breast

Lagos isn't Lagos just because of the ports . The FG controls it you know. And lemme refresh you that we're talking of IGR here.

Lagos is Lagos because of its location and culture of Lagosians .

Checkout the dates port of Apapa in Lagos and that of port harcourt began operation and tell us why Apapa is still more relevant

I can't keep discussing with Afonjas who sit comfortably in Ogbomosho without ever stepping foot in other parts of Nigeria to see what's going on there.

Onne seaport in rivers state was converted to a military naval base by OBJ long ago while he was still a president. This happened over 13 years ago n yet till today u didn't know, that's what happens wen u sit in oshogbo for ur entire life without ever stepping out. Afonjas don't know anything about Nigeria n yet they keep yelling online.

I know it's not easy but sometimes I try to take the form of a Nigerian when I log in NL grin ,to get closer to their miserable world.
I don't know Jace, their outlook of the world is too narrow. I'd like to take a few Nigerians to Germiston one day to show them white street beggars, hobos etc , maybe their hero worship of white people will come to an end
