post=76804463: You're proposal's dont mean anything. You been posting this same thing but never mention hard numbers. No math was done and no mention avout how much any of these programs and staff actually cost. Its like any Facebook political meme 1. I do agree security vote is corrupt and should be abolished. It should be channeled toward paying wages but security agencies. Unless you plan to forget about security threats all ovet the nation this isnt an option. FG spends N241on security vote wouldn't be enough for 45k minimum wage. The FG need 300b for 30k minimum wage according to vanguard. 2. I agree constituency projects are stupid. Thats work for Local government to handle. You still fail to mention how much is buget each year. The rest sound good but wont happen. Even Buhari wont stop going overseas for check up. The rest dont have clear numbers so to tell me how much any of this cost nigeria. 3. If you had slim public sector with robust private sector Nigeria wouldnt be talking about this. Lol the FG abd states arent slimming down public workers. 2 Likes |

Tomide007: Lol. I'm also a business man as well and so i also know these things. For even corporate account, the fact remains that even some FIRS guys would advise using the account for general transactions which also covers for purchases whether shopping in stores or anything. When filing, one can get away with so many things. It's only when one transact with some companies that have collected WHT and also have filed that it will be difficult to completely manipulate. And FIRS are improving day by day. Once their system captures a transaction, na wahala 1 Like |

if these idiots in power really want to pay 30k, they should reduce the emoluments of political office holders by 50 percent., reduce cost of governance by another 50 percent. the fact that they re borrowing to pay salaries tells you 30k is a joke. 1 Like |

Why not just organise the country and take income tax? VAT is already 5percent. If no one is able to evade income tax, then oil will no longer account for more than 10 percent of revenue. 1 Like |
