What so gallant about sitting on your head? In command secondary School Ibadan, sitting on your head was the minimum standard of punishment, apart from lying down flat on the ground and hanging.

it didn't boost any confidence neither does it make them endure , courage is a direct relation to a person's will ,Americans have been instilled with pride and patriotism that is why they are willing to die for the country at any cost that's what instills courage and lack of fear. Speestnaz are professional because of their mode of training. FG cannot spend the type of money these specops use for tactical training talkless of equipment.
