You quoted Genesis, God making Heaven and Earth, but do you know science has made us know there's an outer space with zero gravity compared to Earth.. Bible never mentioned that..

If that could be confirmed to be true, existence of other planetary bodies shouldn't be doubted..

The Bible never mentioned how rocks were formed, we believe God created rocks but science taught us volcanic eruption that leads to rock formation...

God is behind science if you would ask me...
