We have 3 methods

Pre cast. ( cheapest type but not as strong as others)

Cast in-situ.( it’s the most strongest but most costly than the rest)

Semi cast in-situ( this is very reliable and very strong also a bit cheaper than cast in-situ) this doesn’t need wood work as such, there is a already made steel formwork to do this, this system make it cheaper than the cast in-situ ( 30pec lesser).

Here are the pics , more so location determine the cost, in some area it will lesser to the regular cast in-situ by 50pec

Oga Rottech, is it made like precast? Because I still see some areas that looked like they are joined.
Or they are made like in-situ but the iron plates were used instead of the crafted woods. Thanks.

Not like precast sir, the steel plate form work replace the wood form work.
The joint there is where the plate meet bcs it usually comes in sizes like 3-4m long, why you don’t see the joint in wood formwork is bcs it’s usually constructed as one round the building.
