This is Long over due. I just hope it is not just a mere say. Action is what we want.

The minister is informing us that Free internet is a wonderful something but is something the federal Government cannot and will not do alone without the help of the international community and the private sector (that's me and u).

How can you be saying action is all u want, when he didn't even mention the plans or the expected date of the project take off, or that the first pilot stage will be completed at so so time.
