EMMAACHILE:

That's a very good thought from you. Regarding the contracts for the moringa farm, there are companies who will take as high as 4000 tonnes of the seeds from a seller.
You can only approach them if the farm is set.
OK, cool.

How much does a tonne of seeds cost?

I'll trim down to a 20 hectare farm to gain practical experience first. 100 tonnes isn't much but I'll get to learn, build reputation and connections to support a large farm.

Pistotita, you always have kind and honest words. I don't deal with investors, they are mostly nuisance that could destroy your work. I want to finance fully on my own.

I will take your advice and bring it down to 10 hectares. Emmaachile has a very good alternative business that meets the abroad audit you're talking about. I intend to even go into that business before starting this farm. Nigeria truly sucks but the country is too sweet. A friend of mine relocated to Sweden, just one year and he's back. Nigeria is too sweet.

I don't want to run a farm that needs daily attention, that's the reason I chose Moringa in the first place. I also intend to irrigate via gutters, I open the tap and the water runs into the field in the gutters.

I'll never go into a business without proper cost analysis and profit ratio documents. I've done terrible business mistakes in the past, mostly legal aspect though not accounting and I'm not going to take any form of failure anymore.

When Sowore regains his freedom, he better runs back to USA and stay there. He's an unserious clown that is disturbing the peace. He does not have the backing to accomplish anything he's trying to do and from experience, most people like Sowore end up being terrible leaders.

Good that you dont deal with investors. It is a capital NO for me too. Never and Never will I collect money from many Nigerians without protection. Never. If it is going public....that is fine.

10 ha is fine. I can take the risk too if I have the money. But from my experience, trees are not that easy to just leave and go abroad. Lol. I know what I am saying. I used to be in that school of idea too. What really works is that you supervise your project yourself. Nigeria is a deadly arena now.

I am known for buying quality products. When I was using drip irrigation (I do not use drip again), my drip used to last min of 3 years. Infact, I have sold used drip many times that farmers call me and pray for me. I sold a mulch to one guy and I guess the guy later took it to farm and met other farmers, and they told him he wasted money. The guy phoned me and started cursing me 3 years ago. I was silent. Some months later, he called me and started apologizing. And asked me for the mulch again...and I told him i had 1 bundle left because I needed money seriously for an issue which has to do with life and death. The guy still felt i was playing him around despite cuting off about 45% of the price, and he went away. Anyway, God provided miraculously and death was erased. 3 days ago, I got a call from a partner who sells irrigation system, and he mentioned the guy that he told him about the mulch I gave him ....that it is over 3 years and he is still using it. I laughed. And he wanted to know the quality. And I told him about the quality, and he was shocked to know the price I asked that guy to pick it up. He eventually started praying for me because of my charity nature....lol. Anyway, here is my point...if the guy had left the mulch with workers or just on the field and left....hehehehhe.....cos you need mulch for trees and fruits (maybe you may not consider it for moringa), he would have regreted it. If not mulch, there will be something you will always realise people taking care of your will destroy everytime. You do not do this when you are not financial balanced. You should set up a farm (whether it is fruits, tress, grains, veggie, etc) after you are stabilized financially if you do not want to be around it. As soon as you set it up, take your minds off it because anything can happen. If you cannot do this, never set up anything agricultural related if you are not going to monitor it properly. This is my candid advice. Saying one can set up fruits and trees and walk away is very tricky. Do it only if you know zero income from it will not affect you financially.

Or do it, stay with it for some years, then move abroad or leave it for a spervisor to take care of it on your behalf.

It is not easy to manage desperate people. Nigerians are too desperate. What does not make sense to a normal man is what Nigerians do. And one cannot just understand what is wrong. I still do not understand how dishonesty has become a way of life for Nigerians. There are crimes you hear of, and you start wondering what could have led to it. Bro, as long as you are an upcoming guy, please, stabilize your farm before leaving it for supervisors.

On Sowore's case....just wait and see. Buhari is the one who is going to be tired. It is like you people do not know Sowore. If Sowore is going to run away, Buhari should just be ready for real war. It means Sowore will scatter him. But that Sowore is stubborn. Dino knows him very well. He was Dino's boss during the "Aluta" days. The likes of Mayegun of the greatest Akokite. Ha! Sowore. I fear that man. He is fearless. Just wait and see...this DSS man will pay for his sins. Sowore will wait till he has the chance to revenge. This DSS man should have asked people for advice. Sowore! Or you didnt read what I wrote? Cultists were sent to kill him. They nabbed him like the way they crossed that OAU guy. But Sowore was not killed.l like the OAU boy. They decided to inject him. Sowore was away for many years. But when he returned...it was war. That was the birth of Sahara. Let us leave politics and face moringa here. Hmmmmm! But if you understand the power of having a strong media online news outlet like Sahara...hmmmmm. Sowore will push Buhari to Hague. Mark my words. Ha! Buhari is playing with spending his old age in a Dutch prison.

That your guy in Sweden understands it. Bros.. $ is good. It is why I pity farmer. They think in naira while I think in $. A farmer who says N100k which is just $277 is too much to remove spending 4 hours daily on farm irrigation with hose will find it hard to do what we are saying. It is hard for many people in abroad to come with their family to Nigeria for vacation because it is expensive for them. But when one has his feet on ground firmly before going abroad, it is no shaking. The family will always be looking forward to coming to Nigeria. Why? It is enjoyment all through the 3 months vacation. But for the guy, it is a business trip. Lol.

@Pistotita

Good advice especially in relation to broiler farming. Large sales guarantee large returns if you have the know how.
Hahhaha! Honestly....this is what you should concentrate on to hold yourself here. Then after, move into fruits/essential oil production in a big way. 1,000 ha is a child's play.

EMMAACHILE:

Money can be made anywhere bro. It's in the mind of the person.
I know about so many online trades. Do you know that the best investments either on paper, trading, or even ecommerce will not accept you if you do not bank in some countries. They not accept Nigerian banks. But you may need to be the residence of a western world before you can have good deals with the banks; otherwise, tax will kill the foreigner.

Even NNPC operates from the UK financially. Dangote had to get into the wall street game too. And how do we think Dangote will buy Arsenal if he does not make his presence so clear and neat to the British?

Agriculture is a business which will aid whatever bussiness you do. Bill Gates is a wise man. And Dangote is a wise man too. It is why they clicked together immediately they met.

The power of engaging in food production is too much that I cannot tell you the dividends. It will make your business anywhere in the world very easy. People outside the world will easily believe you. I have never seen anyone as wise as Dangote. That man is too brilliant. He is just Bill Gates in everything. I am just waiting for him to move into IT.

You will not be happy with yourself if you do not establish a well stabilized agro business now. If you do not do it now, hehehe NL agro consultants and farm managers will turn you to their ATM. Lol.

Pistotita, you seem to know and understand Sowore more. I'll just watch and see things unfold.

Actually, I'll rather do 20 hectares to start. I totally understand farming. It is a business I intend to make money from and not afraid to lose money. I don't believe moringa will fail me like that though at least not when I'm in touch with people like you and Emmaachile.

I'm not the one traveling. I have no plan to. I'm even planning on buying a used 4runner or Highlander as my farm truck before I set up the farm, Hilux is too expensive. I'll be personally supervising.

I know the dishonesty you're talking about has to do with stealing. It is still part of the reason I chose moringa unlike vegetable, livestock or any other common food crop. I intend to mitigate this with technology through drone usage and mechanisation. When I'm not there, no one will be there because I'm buying land where there's barely civilisation and my motion controlled, ip solar cameras will always be on standby. I'm leaving nothing to chance.

I encourage you to leave after you have set up a stabilized business if you want it to be recognized internationally. And not just having vacations there, but you need a home there. Geneva, Zurich, Brussels, Tokyo, Budapest, anywhere in China, any city in the UK, any city in Canada, and anywhere in Australia. These are friendly places presently accepting Nigerians. Avoid using marriage, except you are genuinely marrying the person, and its only for love. Any country which has closed the doors to foreigners should be out of your list. Why? You are not hustling...you are moving there like a big boy. So, why use the spouse's option? Except you are still single.

Nigeria is like Russia. All the rich and stabilized Russian guys always have a home abroad because their businesses must be accepted internationally. Look at how Abromovich was treated by the British because he was on an investor visa. He has learned his lesson, and he is working on becoming an Israeli citizen.

As long as you do not have a base in an opened society, you will be caged, and many opportunities will pass you by esp after you are well established.

My primary moringa oil market is Asia, Americas and Europe with a marketing office there. Being a wholly local business with Nigeria doesn't appeal to me. Sweden, UK, USA and Canada are the countries I'm considering to have a second home in. I'm not married and won't mind having a Swedish wife-they have very tall girls compared to the other countries. I can never go to any country to hustle, already passed that age.

Moringa, a healing plant, is also referred to as the "Tree of Life". It is a super hardy, resilient tree that is mostly grown in the tropics of Asia and Africa. Its seeds are large and circular-shaped, and grow inside the lengthy pods of the Moringa oleifera tree.

Maybe, I need to see your budget. You have not considered developing the processing aspect. If you are planning to export, have you considered the cost of getting licences? I feel you should allow figures tell you how big your farm should be. Bro, you need to learn A to Z of the business very well. If you see that selling locally may pay you off at the initial stage, go for it. If you need to sell seeds for a few years before moving into oil production, do it. But you need to bring figures out, and put everything on the table to make good decisions.

You want to be an international business and you want to stay in Nigeria. Funny man. Really? Are you kidding me? Are you a tall man yourself thst height is a big factor in choosing your spouse? Oga, i am going to be careful with doing business with you just because you mentioned that height is a major criterion in choosing your woman. Ha! And I am always careful with boys who havent left Nigeria, but keep dreaming of marrying white. It is just too funny. Yeah....dating a white girl is ok. Its fun, but marrying her is a different ball game bro. And you want to live more in Nigeria. Lol.

I am not a racist, but it is going to be easier if you marry your country woman. Believe me, it is either you forget your businesses in Nigeria, or she follows you to Nigéria. If I was a caucasian lady, I would not follow you to Nigeria if I was not sure of my safety. I would only trust you if you were extremely rich and could assure of me providing men who could jump in front of bullets because of kidnappers on my behalf. Lol.

Again, if you have a political ambition, let go off the idea of marrying a foreigner. I'm not being a racist, but telling you the truth. How many powerful political men married foreigners? Unless, you are ready to break your vow, and marry a Nigerian when you are ready to take high position. It was a Jamican who opened my eyes to this truth. If you have a political ambition, do not let youthful pranks and fast way to naturalize prevent you from seeing the future. Please, no matter what you do, make sure she has a Nigerian blood in her if you have the ambition of living in Nigeria, and you do not want serious crisis in your home. If her skin is white, but you want to emgage in politics in Nigeria, she must have Naija blood oooo. As soon as you marry a lady without a trace to Nigeria (she may not be Nigerian presently, but she should have a Nigerián parent), leave the idea of spending more time in Nigeria.

And bro, leave out the idea of wanting to marry a particular color. It is why it is very good to travel out at a very young age to date anyone from any race. But marriage is a different ball game which is going to affect everything about you, even your business. Go and ask anyone ... Russian, Ukrainian, and old USSR girls are crazy about blacks when they are young, but they hardly marry them. Lol. 90% of such relationships end with good sex snd love making. The reality of marriage..... hmmm!

Bro, pray for your own woman. Leave out looking for physical attributes because beauty fades quickly. We grow old very quickly. We start getting old at 35 years. If you use criteria like big booty (fake butts are too many now), height, facial apperance, color, etc to choose your life partner,..... hmmmm! Guy, choose a good woman. But with my experience, consider a woman with a Nigerian blood first. Tolerate her more because the probability of having a stable and peaceful marriage with her is very high. But with a woman without Nigerian blood hmmmm..make sure she loves you ooóooo. And make sure you are very comfortable financially. If you notice any sign that she allows others to influence her decision, oga....do not let love or infantuation mess you up oooo. Dump her fast. But if you have no intention of marrying her, and your conscience is dead to having pre marital sex, go on with many of them. Just enjoy your life...and keep safe from STDs. I dont recommend it, but that is the reality of life.

Remember that statistics show marrying a spouse with a blood connection to one's cultural background is a high factor in being fulfillled in life if one believes in marriage. How many successful billionaires married foreign women? Research it well. And if one doesn't believe in marriage, in my opinion, it is very ok. At least, this is my view presently. Staying single till you are fullfilled is not bad, and even deliberately staying single for life is not a bad decision too. Girls who allow themselves to be rushed into marriage when they know they havent found the right person are fo.olish. Even she is 50. And so what?

Good luck.

Sounds funny Pistotita, but I totally agree with your summation. Some of us have been there, done that, got the tshirt lol. This may seem a digression from the topic of moringa, but we gain wisdom through our business encounters, be it personal or business related.
@ social justice, your choice of a swedish woman is an ok one compared to other European women, the height "thing" I'm sure is born out of a personal preference, if height is your prerequisite, why Sweden and not Dutch?. They're naturally taller, but as emotionally unstable/unpredictable as their freakish weather lol, she's heads over heels in love with you today and hates your guts the next. From the little I can gather from your posts, if you gonna go the swedish route, then stay away from any below 38(unless you plan on being a damn gigolo) and go for ones in their mid 40s, professionally settled and I don't mean in a clerical sense lol. Then you get to split your time between Nigeria and Europe without any headache. All that said, you've passed the age of hustling as you said, so your preference of a swedish woman is all a pipe dream unfortunately, cus it's in the process of "hustling" that you gain the "social intelligence/expertise" required to get a choice European woman and not the "bottom of the barrel societal rejects" that our newly arrived boys starts with to get their feet wet so to speak.
So I'll follow pistotita's advice of staying single till you are ready and visit several times till you are familiar with European dating terrain. As per the political thing, I'll leave that to the politicians lol.
Good luck in your pursuit of excellence in both business and personal endeavors.
On the subject of moringa, you guys are doing a good job and some of us are silently following, keep up the good job. Shalom.

Pistotita, lol, wow.

I'm not really good at expressing myself in writing but I appreciate all you said and sure, it is all part of my plan.

Maybe I should mention at this point that I've taken business management courses from the best business schools in Nigeria and South Africa. I also have access to havard business school and Kellogs alumnus. After dreaming whatever I want to dream, like I said before, cost analysis and profit ratio documents will have the final say on what I do. You and Emmaachile will definitely see my budget when I'm about to start.

If I have the proper person managing my marketing office outside Nigeria, I really don't have to be there. I can visit twice a month and manage everything from daily reports.

I remember your reference to Allen Oyema and his current predicament. He won't be in such mess if his business process were outsourced to quality professionals. Nobody including USA can just wake up and mess him up. With the kind of money Allen has, his top officers should either be retrained in modern best practices or he outsources accounting and legal to any of THE BIG 4 in Nigeria and THE MAGIC CIRCLE lawyers. Bro, nobody can mess with you. Most of these big companies you see in Nigeria are being run like pure water factories. Allen will learn his lesson after he escapes this scandal.

I don't intend to make my white wife relocate if I should go that way. Yes, I'm tall, 6ft 3inches. Even the girls in my family are tall. I grew up around very tall girls, that's why I'm like that.

Nigerian girls these days are just something else. I know there are exceptions but it's like looking for a certain type of needle in a pile of needles. I'm not really prioritising marriage for now but if I meet her, thank God.

Hahahaha! Thank you my brother. I am always eager to read your posts. Interracial relationships and marriages are so complicated. They need maturity. Sir, black girls hate white girls because of this issue, and vice versa. If a white girl falls in love, it is so strong. But the strong forces and negative suggestions from her side can destroy any mountain. So, I think I agree with the age bracket you suggested. From my experience, close to 80% interracial marriages collapse if the couples are below the age bracket you gave. One of my juniors married a white American, and the girl policed him to the stage that when he hears that particular ring tone (specially assigned to his wife), he gets distracted. And the lady continues mounting pressure with several calls. Funny, his wife "gifted" him a nice iphone....and he was happy. I smiled and told him to go check it if there is a tracker on it. Hahahaha. The guy bursted into a deep cry when he confirmed that the phoned had been bugged before it was handed to him. So, no wonder the girl was always asking ....where he was. Lol. I just told him that he needed to survive just 1 year, and she would relax. And truly, the girl has relaxed presently. Today, the girl can break bottle on anyone who talks nonsense about him. The girl is ready to relocate with him to Nigeria because of the trust. And I advised him never to come now unless is his capable to give her real comfort. And it take so much to secure the safety of a white lady in this present Nigeria. You get to marketbwith her, and seller increase prices of products. Lol. But you get the respect of many because they know it is not easy.

But sir, that desperation can come from someone who truly loves one. Why? People and Friends are poisoning the mind of the girl. And same applies to our boys too. People poison their minds too. It is why I said, such relationship needs maturity.

Sir, even foreign ladies (black, white, green, red, bla bla bla) and even over 40 years can be manipulated by Naija boys. You listen to stories and you do not understand how the middle age lady found herself in such mess. And you just start wondering how a brilliant person like her can be easily beaten. What I know is that Africans are good lovers. And we are born smooth talkers. Hehehehe. It is only the fear of God that stops an African from these kind of activities. But any foreign spouse who finds a God fearing Nigerian partner has found a diamond.

@Emmachile, my brother, a beg ..... no vex oooo. Like my brother said, let us not derail your thread. But these are side issues relating to your thread because it is an international business pilot project you are doing here. And these are issues that affect Nigerian businesses which participate in international transactions.

Shalom.
I totally missed this as you didn't mention me properly.

You're right with the pipe dream. I don't know, I can't tell but if I had my way and time, that's what I want. I didn't know Dutch are tall. I really need to visit Europe for myself, Nigeria is just too sweet to me that I'm unwilling to go anywhere. I don't believe if I travel, I'll be dating a woman in her 40s, I'm still in my 30s and want a lady in her 20s. My friend's white Scottish baby mama is in her 20s. I dey select woman like beans. I don't just date. I may even settle for a Nigerian. Nothing is definite. Even in this my small town where I live, if not for fear the guy I sent to watch when she's around, I would have met a really nice white girl who visits about twice a year. She never leaves the company estate.

No wahala sha, God dey. He will give me what is best for me.

Hahahaha! Thank you my brother. I am always eager to read your posts. Interracial relationships and marriages are so complicated. They need maturity. Sir, black girls hate white girls because of this issueo .
No, not me. This is what happens when you go there to hustle. I'm a business tourist and I'm an urhobo man. We tell women how we want it, if you can't cope, you can go. It is not by force. Naturally, I don't cheat but I'm even learning to have multiple girls now. Having one girl makes the girl act crazy and believes when she places embargo, you have nowhere to go.

Ok sir. But I need you to still have it in mind that it is just the outter part that is different. The inner parts are the same for everyone. The color, accent, and culture are the 3 main differences. As soon as these 3 elements can be managed well, ......it is a goal! Look for a Proverb 31.10-31 kind of wife. Color, height, and outward appearance should be at the bottom of your criteria.

My brother, i am happy for you. And i need you to start thinking in dollars. If you do not cultivate the habit, you will find it hard to pay those Big Fours you mentioned. One of my siblings is a business strategist for Akintola Williams Delloite Nig. Ltd. So, i am aware of their charges. They charge like you are paying dollars. Lol. A natural born Naija man will not want to pay for such service. I cut off consultancy from my job description when I started operating in Nigeria. Why? You just keep begging for cotracts. Only the Big Fours and the likes of Mckinsey can consult very well. Others are just contractors with influences in government. So, I moved into production. I searched very well, and two areas I operate in are Agric and Solid mineral. If I start telling you about gold mining and export from Nigeria, you will open your mouth wide. Lol. Bro, the treasures in Nigeria are too numerous.

I envy you with the kind of education you have. So lovely. I think you are okay.

Let me quickly address the bolded part again. My brother, you can operate from Nigeria....no doubt. But if you open a business in a foreign land and you are not a residence or citizen of the country, you will pay higher tax. And you will be limited in many things. In fact, this is the reason you will be tempted to engage in money laundering. So, you need to be treated like the citizens of your host if you want to compete well. Do you get it? The only way you get not to live there at all is if you have some millions of dollars to invest in the country. And it can be easily done by the likes of Dangote. His money can easily buy him residence of any country. And within 3 years, he can be a naturalized citizen. But when you get to a stage in your political ambition and business, you want to show yourself as a loyal citizen to your birth country. Dongote at his stage does not need to be a naturalized citizen of any country. If you ask Jagaban to drop his US residence/citizenship status, he will gladly do it for his political ambition. But here is the trick many will not drop it. Our health system is bad now. One can be easily refused visa. Look at how long it too Alhaji Atiku Abubarkar to get a US visa. That is a former vice president ooo. It took Saraki, the Senate president to take up the case before our former V.P was reissued a US visa. It is a complicated issue. Let us look at Prof Wole Soyinka. I am sure he is qualified to be a US citizen, but he chose not to apply, but retains his residential status. Of course, if the man had not become a residence of a city in the US, he would have paid a fortune while battling cancer. And he couldnt risk living in Nigeria at that time. I read that he opted for proton therapy to treat prostate cancer which is not cheap. Only people with citizenship and residential status can have good health insurance policies in these advance countries.

As long as Nigeria is not serious, and as long as we keep getting stories of scams here and there, we will keep having problems like this.

I think you still need to sacrifice some years to live abroad if you do not have the kind of money Dangote and Femi Otedola have.

I saw this attached picture recently, and it is the truth.

Hmmmm!

My brother, put this post into consideration sir. Sit down and make a very good business plan. Save towards it. Moringa or fruits are not even what I am going to tell you to start with. What can you do to have N10,000,000 profit in 3 months? Of course you have broiler and vegetables which you are extremely good at. Oga, go get max of 1 ha, and fence it round. Set it up well, and know that you are operating in it 3 months every year. Shikena.

I swear to God you've got a good spirit about you lol. I was just discussing this same issue with my lady here the other day. As much as I miss Nigeria and dying to return home. I don't see myself living there permanently for a whole year without losing my marbles. My plan was a 4 months "in" (September to January/February) and the rest "out" for the sake my sanity. Lol

I do not have any problem with your choice of age for your spouse, and at the same time I don't see anything wrong if it is vice versa. Therefore, I do not see anything wrong if you marry a lady in her 40s. The president of France was made by his wife and she is older than him. It depends on the couples. I have seen ladies who are beautiful, single intelligent, and without any baby. Such ladies are in their 40s. And they will easily get pregnant as soon as they start having unprotected sex. Something is wrong with our culture, and the way we see women is faulty. This is my view.

I've dated my agemates and older girls most of my life but women tend to abuse power too much. I don't just want to gamble on it and in the case of Caucasians, they tend to age fast.

Lol, yeah I know. There are tall girls that fit proverb description. I don't really mind about outer attributes once she's tall.

I always think in dollars, international trade is where the money is. In the case of moringa though, I won't mind serving both local and international. I will pay them when I can afford it. Only the ignorant think professionals are expensive. Pay and save yourself stress. Yeah, I have my sight on solid minerals too but I don't discuss it because when I'm ready I'll go and learn it in person. There's a guy here I followed his threads and will follow up from there. He doesn't even export, he sells to local companies. He mines for ceramic companies.

Thanks.

It is the health issue that really bothers me, one does not pray for health emergency. That's the reason, when one can afford it. One should undergo checkups at least once a quarter. For the business, I'm incorporating in a 0-5% corporate tax haven. Nobody is going to slash my profit as they please and it is the profit I declare they can slash. You should study Apple Inc to see how they have minimised their tax and kept over $250bn in savings offshore. Google does same too.

Yeah, I don't think I really have to sacrifice time. I just need to be a frequent traveller. Getting resident permit isn't also that hard especially when you're a businessman. With resident permit I'm OK, I don't need to be a citizen but I'm sure there are loopholes to even become a citizen. You just need to be on ground in the country for sometime and know what you want. The whites are straight forward. You can actually walk up to immigration and explain your situation. They will assist.

Africa should be ruling the world but see where we are because we have refused to add value to the resources we have. It is the reason I will only sell moringa seeds for sometime and convert to selling only oil with time. If I can even find enough local buyers for my oil by first harvest, I'll never sell seeds. I also intend to start processing cocoa into bulk chocolate for export but I heard there's like a mafia ensuring African farmers only sell seeds. When I get to that bridge I'll cross it. We need to start adding value and stop selling raw materials.

I was scammed of 10,000naira in 2018 by drisklef, @austin chukwuma. This moniker Pistotita, parading himself as a robust farmer and consultant supported the guy all through, the drisklef guy ran with my money up to today.

The mod domiqe was there on the thread and some other guys, everyone was waiting for drisklef to post our chats and his crypto account to absolve himself. the moniker here, Pistotita, wrote long paragraphs defending the scammer, he (Pistotita) was @fluentinfor that time, he later deactivated and came back with this Pistotita account.

Why am I writing this, I am following this momax thread from day one and just recently started seeing Pistotita's post and when I checked he was fluentinfor before deactivating, therefore wish to advise members here, beware of any transaction with this guy, do your due diligence.

Because all I know and will forever believe about this guy, Pistotita, is he is shady, because he supported someone that scammed me and I'll never forget them both.

Lol!!!

I am happy you are here bro. It is good you brought it up. That particular thread, I have a friend who fights me "till tomorrow" because of it. Lol. I am sure the fellow is reading, and another round of long telephone talk we are having very soon. Lol.

I have no regret with what I did on the thread. But you need to relax and understand my point again. Though, I dont consider you a good person anymore. You are a bittered fellow. Your ego is terribly hyper high. And i will break that your high ego. Mark my words...I will.

1. You jumped into opening a thread to accuse the fellow which is not wrong. And you started posting private info without first waiting for the fellow to defend himself. Of course, this was wrong.

2. The guy gave excuses of not responding immediately to your accussations....but the said mod you mentioned, deleted the guy's moniker. I can still point you to the posts ooo. And the accused returned with another moniker, but the first thing he did was to rain curses on the said mod. That was when I came in that the mod should not delete the new moniker, but should allow us read the side of his story. But you and your guys were too zealous and just becsuse I wanted to listen to the guy's story, you believed what you believed.

3. Seun was in the thread later, and he saw my point. But his commemt was deleted later. Lol.

4. Oga, search very well, you will find a farmer here on NL who was accused like that some months before your case. But when we stepped in we gave him the benefit of doubt, and he explained the whole case. Even, guys reffered to this case here very often. And i read online that the person who accused the farmer later returned to apologize. Lol. Someone refferred to the case here under my new moniker. I have strong link with my old moniker. A lady saw my posts, and sent me message that she knew immediately that it is me. You have no case oga. My friend said he searched me with my old moniker, and got this new one cos we had a serious clash. Very tough one. I am Mr. Epistle. grin

5. Let me tell you. Your case was one of the reasons i deleted my old moniker. Bad "belle" farmers tried using it against me, and my God slapped them sharply. Lol. It is good you are here. See, God is a good God. He defends his own. I started getting hacks, and some funny things started happening to my account after your saga. I was forced to delete. And i went back to the drawing board, recovered that was stolen, deleted vital info the hackers could have stolen, etc. Then, I set up a very good security. It is why i challenge people easily now. I suspected you were among them, but this confrontation of yours has cleared this issue. Ha! You will all come out. God is revealing my "beefers" daily. Lol. No shaking. A dey kampe!

6. I never denied my old moniker. And oga, that old email is what oga Seun still uses to communicate me if there be any need. You have no case brother.

7. Why is it that you are just coming out now? Or is it cos you have just realised that you and your guys cannot hack me again? Of course, my style of writing is the same. You have been following this thread, and you do not realise who pistotita is. You are a chronic li.ar. You just want to revenge by all means. And you will continue failing. I will continue "blasting" all of you.

Go pack well at your corner. You can do me nothing again. You did not wait for the guy to defend himself properly before releasing sensitive info about him which was wrong. You messed up. When you want to really prove your case, you do it neatly and clearly. Leave no stone unturned. But what I sensed was that your ego was so high. And you launched an attack on the guy because you felt disrespected, manipulated and lied to. And I mentioned there that with the way you wrote there, the said amount was nothing to you. And I stilll stand by that. I didnt mean that the money was insignificant like how the mod interpreted it, but you launched an attack to wound the accused because your ego was stepped on. That money, on a good day, you can easily let it slide. But your mission was so clear. You wanted to wound the guy. You used your own hand to destroy a good case which was very likely to favor you. And the accussed would have no choice but to refund you. How much was it then. I think N5,000. Just five thousand naira oooo.

The case could have continued. But the mod closed the thread..lol. Was I the one who closed the thread? Think deeply brother. The mod closed the thread in midst of investigation. And almost immediately, I was attacked by hackers. If that mod had not closed the thread, definitely, we would have reached a good decision. But the said mod closed the thread because her incompetency was exposed. Clearly exposed. She knocked herself out.

To my friend. Can you see how God is vindicating me without fighting. I told you that you will see that those who hacked me will come out soon. More are still coming. I am now a solid rock. No shaking. They have suddenly found that they have nothing to hold me again, so they will launch more attacks here. This guy and his boys know my old and new moniker. And I dont care. Can you see? Start adding one plus one. I need an applogy from you. And I believe you are going to send me one. Now, it is getting clearer to you. Lol.

Was it not 5 days ago one of them bragged my account is presently his? Go and check very well. Readers felt I was exagerating. These groups of people are around. They do as they like on NL. And another one sent me direct death threat here.

CAUTION
Do not derail this thread. If you are sure you want to go down this lane, open a new thread, and let us iron it out. But be ready for war because I will treat you mercilessly. That is a promise I have for you. I dont care what topic you use, you can call me a scammer in the heading, but be ready for e-war. I will crush you. You can post anything you have stolen to try to injure me, or manipulate things. Listen, I do not bow to threats, blackmailing, and extortions. I will injure you here on NL. Not physical injury before you start shouting I want to kill you physically. I will disgrace you. Just try it.

NOTES
You opened a new moniker today to deliberately attack me. "Enemies plenty oooo".

Your old moniker is ibelievee. Why did you also delete it? Look at this man accussing me of deleting my old moniker.

Why have you chosen a new moniker? You have been following about right? Use your new real moniker to do whatever you want to do if you are sure of yourself.

Can you see the traces of obsession for vengeance in this man?

This man has many more monikers. But he chose to register a new one today to fight me again. Lol.

You don fail. Dead on arrival. Lol. I will Sing Chief Commander Ebenezer Obey song:

Satan, you don lose ooo
forthiscase, you don lose ooo
Enemies, you don lose ooo
Na lie you dey talk
You don pafuka

Pafuka Pafuka Pafuka
Pafuka Pafuka Pafuka
Na lie you dey talk
You don pafuka

Please @Emmachile, where can one get cheap fertile farmlands to buy in Kogi state for Moringa seed cultivation. Looking at 20 hectares by next year.

Good evening, any update on the price of buying/selling the seeds?

It's never fixed. The local moringa seeds hovers around 1000 to 2000 per kg for selling wholesale.

If you are buying, it also depends whether it's for planting or for oil. It's just not fixed.
