Fasting is actually good for ya health, it's the struggling man that eats wateva comes his way cos u dunno if the next meal will show up.. It's easy for you to lead this kinda lifestyle when you knw e sure you die..

Should I also remind yall also that a fat bank account or alert keeps the stomach full, but Jus go broke for a day and watch how the spirit of hunger will make ya body its abode... Smh

1)He walks the distance from his home to the twitter HQ.
2)His only meal is dinner.
3)He eats just chicken, fish, stakes with salad/vegetables.

In Nigeria,
1) even if your place of work is at your back yard, you will drive there if not they will think you don't have a car.
2) Some eat up 3 square meals and even in between.
3) Over Here, we add chicken and fish with salad/vegetables to a full plate of rice.

The man appears to be into Eastern Mysticism and religion.
He looks weird, unkempt and malnourished.
There's nothing wise and sane in eating once daily and going without meal altogether on weekends perpetually when you're not languishing in penury or prison.
If you're not fasting, it is expected we eat at least twice a day.
Fasting once or twice a week, breaking by 6pm is expected from every serious believer.
And once every year a weekend of total fast can serve for spiritual retreat/renewal and helps to detoxify the body, contributing to the overall health of the person.
