They are free to Try, less than 55 days to end the 8th assembly, they need 2/3 for passage at the Senate and 2/3 at the House of Rep for the 30 bills, the bill would pass first and second reading again. And Committee assessment, all in 55 days. In reality who ever believes this is a retardeed clown or an IPOB.

The point that was being made is that the senate can get the required number, not time. Now that you've categorically brought out the issue of time, that's probably the only thing that will serve as a hindrance to this action being taken. But let's wait and see.

People don't know it's in their best interest to have an independent NASS. If you have a loyal national assembly, the speed of the country is the speed of the president as nothing happens without his assent! But if you have an independent national assembly, they can veto some hills that the president refused to sign against wisdom!

An attempt to override the the president's veto, is just a waste of time. The opposition party are nt up to the 2/3 majority in the NASS

The Income Tax Relief and Amendment Bill if implemented might translate to more jobs being created and even increased earnings to tax payers due to the relief.
Of recent there was news of Bank of America increasing their minimum wage from $17 - $20 per hour. Many other corporate entities also increased theirs and even employed more workers including other benefits to the workforce. They were able to embark on these new development due to the tax relief regime implemented by the Trump administration.
There are lot of measures our government can put up that will bring measurable results to the citizens, and I think tax relief is one. Though some may argue that the government needs to generate more tax revenue in order to meet up infrastructure and social development but our corrupt system is not helping matters
