Go to twitter and check the number of people on the hashtag and right now, I was supposed to have a conference chat with my team members and 15 people text to inform me of it, 10 called to say they can't access their WhatsApp and I called the other five and I was told they've been waiting for us to kick-start!!

Ask people around you and see the number of people that are experiencing the shutdown!!
