And who has neglected those areas the most if not its owners? Look at how they've flouted building codes,nothing is well maintained,uchafu is accepted and they probably don't pay their proper share of property rates or have arrears.Matatizo yetu mingi ni ile ya kujiletea.

kenyans do things their way we depend on our tax not donorship. we call nairobi the green city the only city with a game park. u can also look at mombasa nakuru and kisumu very good cities. everything here is locally kenyan international organizations are almost going down. yes we have slums that is normal even newyork has brooklyn cairo has slums dont tell me lagos has no slums
