The shortlist is ready but we have to wait a little till the cabinet is inaugurated. The Finance Minister is the chairman of Nigeria Customs Service Board. And He/She needs to approve the recent promotion and approve the shortlisted candidates list. The FM is the one to approve all that according to the NCS act. So till the recently cleared ministers are given portfolios, then from then, we should be expecting the list.

The cabinet have been inaugurated and portfolios given. Zainab Shamsuna Ahmed is the Finance Minister.
I believe there won't be much delay again according to your rumor.
