The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has said that the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results would soon be released.

The spokesman for the examination body, Fabian Benjamin, made this known on Sunday in Lagos.

According to the spokesperson, the results ‘are all ready,’ and  JAMB would reach out to candidates through their phone lines as soon as all the results of the 2019 UTME were ratified.

The board also distanced itself from rumours about releasing the results of candidates of the just-concluded UTME and steps to check these results as being speculated, the JAMB spokesman told the News Agency of Nigeria.

“Candidates should disregard this information as it is not true. It is not emanating from the board.
