tried using national ID card, but the said they cannot verify, that's my first attempt, they said ads unit disabled , but am using YouTube Adsense, my YouTube ads is still running and when I click on action it takes me to payment page asking me to update payment option.. My question now is , can I still use old bank account which I have used for disabled adsense or I get a new account. And and they have not giving me another try of ID card action. Anyone experienced this with YouTube Adsense?
