people should check the new salary adjustment by NSIWC and not the simple primary school mathematics of 66.7% increment which only applied to the minimum earners.
salary adjustment is based on grade level and steps according to the commission(NSIWC).
the higher the grade level, the lower the adjustment in the salary structure.
some higher grade level will only have 14% adjustment in their salary structure.

How to Calculate New Minimum-wage Take Home is by
(New Minimum Wage - Old Minimum Wage) × %Dedduction..
Where %Deduction is 27.0408%
Then Minus your Answer from
(New Wage - Old Wage) You get your Increment

Therefore= (150,000 - 30,000) × 27.0408
= 120,000 × 27.0408%
= 32,448.96
Then 120,000 × 27.0408%
= 87,551.04 is Increment.

For the 2019 New minimum Wage from 18k to 30k let's calculate to know if am right!
A = (New Wage - Old Wage)
Then B = A × %deduction (which is 27.0408%)
Your Increment = A - B
A = 30,000 - 18,000 = 12,000
B = 12,000 × 27.0408% = 3,244.896
Increment = 12,000 - 3,244.896
= 8,755.104
