Does the electoral act support electronic transmission? NO Even if INEC chairman agreed that result were transmitted electronically, it can only be viewed as a guideline and not a law. it won't still help Atiku because it's against the electoral act. The case will be lost on technicality. 3 Likes 1 Share |

[quote author=Benekruku post=77822199] You guys watch too much of cartoons Now you believe so much in impossibilities Yes o! Anyhow you put it. Everything is possible to the man that believes. Buhari was the first person that won an incumbent president in Nigeria. But before then, people like you had shouted "IT'S IMPOSSIBLE! IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!" To the high heavens until it finally happened. When Obama was vying for the President of the United States your likes also shouted "IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!" Finally it happened. It's only a shallow minded man that thinks that some things are impossible. Even if some things are impossible with men, definitely with God all things are possible! God still oversees the affairs of man whether you like it or not. 13 Likes 1 Share |

So the card reader also determines the parties / candidates all accredited voters voted for. Hmmmm this is beyond logic !!!! |

vacanci: INEC should not have denied electronic transmission of results in the first place. Now they have been denying it, once it is proven beyond doubt that indeed there was electronic results transmission then the problem will start. I think INEC and APC have not done a good job with the legal proceedings so far; too many loopholes the opposition can exploit. Even smart card readers are not recognised by our laws but they were used to accredit voters, and results emanating from votes by same accredited voters were accepted. You can now see that it's not going to be an easy battle for INEC. 9 Likes 1 Share |

Why some uninformed people are busy mocking Atiku, PMB and his team are quite aware that they have a dicey case on their hands and the Judiciary even Tanko cannot be predicted. As it is now, the faith of Atiku and PMB will be determined by the majority ruling of the judiciary. If the judiciary sees merit in Atiku petition, they may ask for rerun or declare him winner. Nigeria will not burn. Not even now that PMB is fast loosing his cultlike fellowship. 6 Likes |

vacanci: It is called an evidence, some call it exhibit and some can take ad a witness and all are admissible in a court of law my dear. Cameras are not part of our electoral process or law but if you have a pictorial or video evidence to support your case beyond doubt. Don't you think that you should win the case? This is not about what you want, it is all about justice. Evidence is important for justice my dear. 6 Likes |

Electronic transmission and coalition of election votes and results are not a de jure requirement of the electoral act so it will be dismissed on technicality. |
Re: Mike Igini Revealing How Election Results Would Be Transmitted by seunmsg(m): 6:02pm On Apr 24, 2019 |
The simple question you guys refused to ask yourself is, what law did INEC relied on to do electronic transmission of results? Is it the 1999 constitution (as amended) or the 2010 electoral act? I hate to burst your bubble but most of you guys rejoicing over Mike Igini’s pre-election interview are morons. Election was conducted and results declared at polling units but Atiku and his band of clowns want to tell us that the results declared publicly at polling units are false while some secret results trassmitted by some unknown INEC adhoc staff are the authentic ones without citing any single law to back up their claim. |

bluefilm: You know the truth, but you believe that the truth can not work because this is Nigeria. And you are happy it can not work because it's favouring your principal. But the fact is that, one day, all those that have denied the light of the truth shall beg for it one day. You're so quick to insult people because you have no point at all. 12 Likes |
