THE MORE APC TRIES TO DEFEND THEIR LIES, THE MORE THEY LIE.
Server result cannot be relied upon as being authentic, when card readers were not used in some polling unit. I sensed PDP hacked inec's server to input those figures. Even in my polling unit card reader result was more than the ones mark on the register. Many po made mistakes when using the card reader, some didn't even use it at all, I attest to this. Can PDP say the same strategy should be used for the just elected governors? Therefore, only the result sheet(form EC8A) is valid

APC's lies being used as evidence against APC government. Interesting.

The truth is that APC in alliance with INEC executives had believe that e transmission of figures would work in their favor giving them solid facts that won the elections fair and square but when they noticed that the figures isn't going their way, they debunking it and lying to Nigerians that the constitution doesn't support such process, a process enforced by INEC guidelines. That's why Buhari never assented to the electoral reform bill as a joker, they never knew the joke was on them.

So we have a situation where if it favours them, they insist it was on INECs guideline and when it goes south against them, the hold on to the constitution however been caught in their own web, let's see how they manoeuvre this. At least, we all know who truly won the elections. It's just a matter of time

You guys just bandy words around without examining the REAL MEANING!

"Incontrovertible evidence" means evidence that cannot be DENIED or CONFRONTED in any way!

The basis of Atiku's legal challenge is FAULTY , NUL and VOID.
It is trite in law that 'You cant BUILD SOMETHING on NOTHING".

Any legal challenge to Buhari's victory based on ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION oF RESULTS, is ILLEGAL (Section 10 of the Electoral Act 2010), UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND THEREFORE NULL AND VOID.
It is as simple as that. Its a "technicality".

mr. know it all..can you please tell ur very friendly INEC to obey court order and release election material for PDP tO SCRUtINISE AND COMPARE WItH ALL tHEIR SIGNED AGENTS SHEET...? WHATS SO DIFFICULT ABOUT IT.....?

Recall: the INEC CHAIRMAN said the Results WOULD NOT be TRANSMITTED ELECTRONICALLY, even before the election was consducted!
Also, INEC Server was Shut down and OFFLINE throughtout the elections.

The reason the INEC Server was put OFFLINE and switched-off was because the Electoral Act 2010 forbade INEC from transmitting ANY RESULT electronically!
Any INEC staff that does so, will even be committing an "electoral Act offense" because the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended) forbid it.

I actually played a very crucial role on behalf of INEC, in the past election....and that is why l can confidently tell you, from the "Position of Law", why no attempt can be successfully made, to validate this Presidential election, based on card reader transmission of results.

Everything YOU are saying, is just chatter, from the camp of an Atiku who is desperate to become President of cameroun grin grin grin
before you argue further, go and read the 2010 Electoral Act that guided the just concluded election and specifically focus on what it say about use of card reader, vis-a-vis transmission of results.

Read it here from the INEC Chairman himself: https://www./2018/12/11/card-readers-will-be-used-in-2019-elections-inec-chairman-confirms/
http://www.topnewsmagazines.com/inec-to-deploy-manual-transmission-of-results-in-2019-elections/

The import of these is that if Buhari has signed the 2019 amended Electoral Act, it would have made ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION RESULT legal but that amendment was not signed and did not become Law!
But Card readers where still used for accreditation, as enshrined in law.

A thousand IBM, Microsoft, Apple and facebook + Twitter all roled into one, cannot change the Electoral Act 2010, which forbade the TRANSMISSION of RESULTS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS and any claim based on such ILLEGALITY, will remain illegal, null and void.
Atiku has lost completely on that ground. Bookmark this post and return to it after the tribunal has made its decision final.

Atiku reeling out facts and Video evidences with utmost calm...

The Electronic backup was meant to be an attestation to the result collated manually, why do the results differ?

Big question. ..
