What kind of spins and counterspins did we not hear about how Tinubu lost SW to a new crop of leaders supported by Buhari in Abuja? Amosun, Akeredolu, Fayemi, Fashola....these people we were told have backing of Buhari and cabal to push Tinubu to irrelevance in SW.

Now Amosun is not even relevant in his own state, much more SW. Akeredolu will go into party primary next Ondo governorship election and he will loose, if he is lucky to complete without an impeachment. Fayemi is now courting Afenifere for support after realising he made mistake breaking his alliance with Tinubu. The same Fashola they told us is anti-Tinubu, in this piece they now say he is anti-Buhari. grin

Spin the Buhari/Tinubu conspiracy anyway you want, tell us in all flavors of twists and tumbles of your blog pen how North is opposed to SW, a Yoruba is President of this country in 2023, Tinubu, Osinbajo, Fashola, Fayemi, Baba Akande, Ambode, Aregbesola......do your "twist and turn" all over the political landscape, when 2023 gets here a Yoruba will take oath of office as President of Nigeria!

Truth is there is no plan B.

Tinubu has never lost a political battle since our return to democracy, I can't see him losing this either. In 2003, Tinubu once Obasanjo + Atiku + Afenifere + Ohanaeze and he defeated them, just few months ago, he fought the same group and he retired them all.
you need a malaria drug. that was how one man never died since he was born but died two days ago

Tinubu was warned dont do any yeye merger with these northerners they are not progressives

That 2014 merger is the reason we are suffering today

Tinubu will be officially enrolled to Politics 101 starting from May 29th. He thought the north will vote him to be President if at all he will win primaries. Nigerian politics is deep and the north see it as do or die bcs that's only what is left for them.
l see a northern PDP president in 2023 and SS/SE will vote him including the north.

So upon all your insults, you only got 2 likes?

It only contradicts your point that yorubas don't have allies in Nigeria. Rather, it is you igbos that are loathed nationwide.

Since you made the number of likes she got, as evidence or proof, what about now that it has gotten over 140 likes?

Impostor sighted... Take note of this, SOUTHWEST CAN NEVER BE IRRELEVANT IN NIGERIA POLITICS, we have the population and knows how to play politics VERY WELL.... No matter what will happen, Yorubas will ultimately have the ticket by 2023. What did jonathief paid us (SW) with when we gave him MAXIMUM SUPPORT in 2011?
CyynthiaKiss:
.
So unfortunate that SW is becoming orphan politically in the south, not only in the south, but Nigeria as a whole.. It's a very sad reality we must all live with.
SS hate us for some many reasons, not only about our attitude in 2015 towards their son, but our hypocrisy to embrace what we condemned Jonathan for. So many reasons including our characters towards them since existence of Nigeria.
SE is a no go area for us.
Middle belt despise us because of our support for this government despite the killing that's happening in their region.
NE and NW are only using us to achieve their aim and they must dump our @$$ as usual once they are done. The handwriting is becoming clearer day by day on the wall as we all can see.
They used Awo and dumped him.
They used Abiola, they didn't only dump him, they strangled him like a chicken in the prison and his wife as well...
As for Tinubu, his judgement day is fast approaching because slave masters have started giving him red signal already. Tinibu Will definitely be humiliated, but our fear is for them not to strangle our son like they did to Abiola...
So sad that my people have sworn never to go back to their history book.. Repeating the same mistake to get different results

So unfortunate we have turned our political stupidity to sophistication. We accuse others of burning bridges whereas our own Case is very terrible. We are not on the good page of with any single region in this country. Why is our voting pattern different from voting pattern of better south ?
Why is our mentality always anticlockwise ?
Why are we dragging Southerners backwards ?
Why do we allow ourselves be used as willing tools in the hands of some selfish northers to destabilize the south despite knowing our history with them ?
Why are we no More pushing for restructuring like we did when Jonathan was in power?, is it because our Son has become a mere spare tire ?
Where is our God's given conscience ?
Are we really gullible, myopic and disgrace to Southerners as better south always say ?

Now after 2023, who would be our ally ?
Food for thought

Yorubas are treacherous? Yorubas are vultures....? How will you describe Nnamdi Azikwe that betrayed Awolowo by leaving him and his (Awolowo) Entourage on sit (on a mission of forming unitary government which the duo has agreed upon but ) to have alliance with Tafawa Balewa which made him FIGUREHEAD President then? Hypocrite! ZERO for you, Impostor....

I am Yoruba, but I can categorically tell you that nothing is good about being Yoruba..

See how everybody is using and dumping us..
Are we tissue paper abi na sanitary pad ?
It's more honorable to stay in opposition than to serve some these Selfish Nothern ingrates without rewards.
It's expected for a master to settle his subjects after service. Now we have served them they are stylishily telling us there is no reward. Haba !
Where is our dignity and pride ?
Awolowo will be turning in his graves seeing his people repeating the mistake he made.

Northerners call us Barebe hope I got the spellings (Bat) due to our treacherous nature.. Worst thing one can do to you is to call you a bat, meaning you are neither for air nor for the land...
While Ibos call us vulture..
Our mumu don do!

First Republic - Tafa Balewa
Selected by colonial arrangement.

Second Republic - Shehu Shagari
Rigged in by General Olusegun Obasanjo

Third Republic - Annuled

Fourth Republic - Umaru Yaradua
Endorsed & supported by President Obasanjo

Muhammadu Buhari
After three losses, endorsed and supported to victory by Bola Tinubu.

Guy, you first get endorsement from Yoruba if you want victory. History is proof!

All the while Pa Awolowo was developing West, Azikiwe had zero capital development in East. There is no first in Iboland in terms of social and infrastructural development. Null! Azikiwe was preoccupied becoming premier in West he neglected his homeland and people. Realizing their deficiencies the people were forced to pack up and head West to survive. Ibo did not just start migrating to Yorubaland, they were our porters and domestic servants back then.
