No they don’t. It is believed that if you must go farther than you already have, you must adopt the stealth mode... I was surprised when a Ghanaian Technocrat made this same observation about Yorubas at a business meeting years ago. He just couldn’t understand why Yorubas were the less arrogant but by far the most represented at their high delegation meetings with heads of Nigerian businesses, he mused. Not sure what prompted this observation but I guessed he must have experienced some other people of a specific Nigerian stock that he considered loud and perhaps unnecessarily arrogant...
