I think the ripples would be endless if for every mistake you make, your first impulse is the desire to go back in time and correct them. You can’t keep beating up yourself, stuck in regret and guilt. Forgive yourself.

Pick up the pieces, puzzle them to together, learn from them and move on. No one is above mistakes; we all make them on a daily basis though they vary in weight.
