Please!! Is it the outlet I bought the phone or the customers care service that has the responsible in providing me a new phone if they customers service failed to repair my phone that's still under warranty? |

sweetyme001:had same problem on a factory default phone. If its within 1 week u bought it the problem developed, you are entitled to a new phone for replacement. But if its past a week or 2..then the repair will be subsidized by the company in collaboration with the outlet you bought it..but be sure you will cough out some cash from your pocket. Dont forget the reset and accessories when goif eith you .and lastly be polite and transparent on what transpired between you and the phone. Goodluck |

Dayordee4:I will give it an 8. First off the area where I stay has a very terrible network coverage and its affecting my browsing experience and battery life. But the phone is great, very beautiful and girls love it  (I use a white one), great display, nice cameras (as long as you give it good light, but live focus is kinda slow sha), performance is GREAT!!! I play a lot of online games like pubg (in HD with medium frame rate), clash of clans etc and they all run very well without lags or hiccups. Overall it's a great phone.  Modified: right now I am in school and the network is very good. Battery life is quite better now. From 87% to 67% on heavy use and medium brightness since 10:30.

Dayordee4:I will give it 7.5/10 for the price. It's a real good value for money with little downside. In fact since am using the phone, the only downside inhave noticed is the warm feeling on heavy usage, which I is quite insignificant in its performance. Though I use a yellow silicon pouch which makes the feeling unnoticeable. 1 Like |
