Oh, sorry, the screen I am talking about is lot the cover screen that one can buy for protection. I meant the main screen the Samsung is built with, that's what is broken. I need where I can go and fix it.

Factory resetting of phone goes a long way in solving glitches.
My Samsung phones battery always drains rapidly downwards when it reaches 35.. even when I plug in, it still goes downwards until it reaches 1 percent and starts going up again.
This happened for over a year I thought it was battery..I locked up cos I got power bank.

The formatting I did solved this whole issues..

Guys try dey format your phone once in awhile

But that formatting would delete everything on the phone. Although have not come across such problem. I am just saying if income across it, to format na wahala be that o.. That's why its good to have 2 phones, at least to transfer to the other before formatting.

Thanks. It worked!

I used Smart Switch to backup my selected data including apps on my sd card, then I formatted the phone and use the Smart Switch to restore my data back and the battery issue was fixed.

Very useful app... I missed nothing and my phone works really well now.

Thank you.
