The Judge is well qualified. Her marriage to an APC Senator will not pass "credibility test". The recommendation is for her to recuse (excuse or remove herself) from the case. She is well qualified to sit as Judge in the tribunal but not trusted to represent without bias. Not necessarily that she would be biased but there is a test to ascertain if that is possible or not and because of marriage it is ruled that she would be. Please let us at all times exhibit logic, intelligence and fact qhen we speak in public. |
