What sort of 4cked up English did I just read? The writer is a terrible one at that. At a point I felt I was reading something different from the topic of the article.

Did a newspaper actually employ such correspondent or it was lifted from a blog undecided

APC supreme court or where.....

Imagine what happened to CJN and there was no tangible resistance from the so called Justices in the Judiciary.

We have the supreme court in our pockets now........Rotimi Amaechi and Adams Oshiomhole.

All this wickedness and evil perpetrated by these criminals in APC government will be redressed one day if not by man, by God.

gbam, that's just the pure truth

Don't expect any victory at the Supreme Court uncle Dele.

It's simple because any victory at the Supreme Court for PDP in Osun, will automatically mean it's victory for PDP in Kano.

APC would rather have Nigeria burn than let that happen.

They have a fellow jihadist at the helm of Supreme Court.

Nigeria is Fvcked big time.

Nigeria is gone brother

Don’t forget that Adeleke scored F9 in English and run away from other subjects. If he authored that what do you expect?

People need to understand that the Chief Justice does not decide the verdicts of the Supreme Court. The Chief Justice has only one vote in that court. If other justices went a different way, his dissent means nothing.

And Tinubu only cares about his dictatorial agenda.

God will have his way. People should not rebuke Adeleke. Leave WAEC , we’ve where professors messed up the administration of state resources.
Nigeria need people with kind heart, irrespective of our qualifications.

Even without that,Adeleke will lose d case bcoz election case are not won base on sentiment or some group of ppl outcry..
Looking at d tribunal verdict, it shows that rerun election approved by the constitution is
The tribunal base it judgement that the polling units where re-run took place was not legal because RO cancelled the units whereas its the job of PUs officer

U can't build legality on illegalityinvalid which then make the electoral part of the constitution useless. The best supreme court can do is other a rerun if enough evidence of violence n neglect of electoral process
Re: Adeleke Will Get Victory At Supreme Court –brother by banio: 12:33pm On May 12, 2019
Yes he would. APC will give Adeleke governor, but will take the Presidency. Simple Maths.

Are u a lawyer or a judge? Who determines if they were fair? The only fair outcome based on the rerun we all observed as a sham is when adeleke is given his mandate.

U need to stop supporting bad practices by government, inec and thug influenced elections.

Dele, a sibling of the hopeful of the Peoples Democratic Party in the 2018 Osun State governorship race, Ademola Adeleke, has communicated certainty that the Supreme Court would overrule the Court of Appeal and announce the congressperson as the properly chosen legislative leader of the state.

Adeleke scored 254,698 votes to conquer the applicant of the All Progressives Congress, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola, who surveyed 254,345 votes, in the September 22, 2018 race.

Be that as it may, the race was proclaimed uncertain by the Independent National Electoral Commission because of the crossing out of aftereffects of some surveying units.

Oyetola, in the long run, scored the most noteworthy number of votes in the strengthening race to develop as the champ of the surveys.

In any case, the Election Petitions Tribunal upturned Oyetola's triumph and articulated Adeleke the victor.

In any case, the Court of Appeal a week ago decided for Oyetola, putting aside the decision of the council.

Dele, in a meeting with SUNDAY PUNCH on Friday, said the substance of the case under the watchful eye of the investigative court was discarded in light of "insignificant details."

He stated, "One had an abnormal state of assumptions about polished skill and anticipated that some itemized work should be finished. Be that as it may, someone just discarded everything on negligible details and overlooking the substance of the case. This rubbishes everything that equity should speak to.

"Equity should be about details. It is crazy. There is no how you will catch wind of such and won't be baffled yet his spirit has not hosed. Congressperson Ademola Adeleke is a child of Balogun (war administrator) in this way, such can't hose his spirits.

"He has the firm conviction that the Supreme Court will see the mistakes in the judgment of the Court of Appeal and will settle on the choice to address them and reestablish the desire for the regular man in the legal executive. Nearly everyone is stunned by the judgment of the Court of Appeal except for a couple of recipients of the disease.

"Everyone realizes that Senator Ademola Adeleke is the genuine victor and the holder of the command of the general population of Osun State. We believe that the Supreme Court will get that going."

With due respect to APC and PDP in Osun State,Osun election was keenly contested by APC PDP and SDP..However APC was announced as winner by INEC.The tribunal gave its majority judgement with a lot of confusion and contradiction. The Appeal court corrected the judgement with recourse to precedences , constitution and electoral law..The supreme court will hear the oral submission of the two parties and may give judgement same day or later....In my humble opinion Osun election case is all about reasoning and facts within the gambit of the law...Justice Obiora of the. election tribunal gave the majority judgement .He however did not come on the February 6 when the APC was presenting its witnesses. According to the supreme court judgement which appeal court quoted a judge should listen and watch in person witnesses in both sides before giving its judgement. or else the whole processes is a nullity or a mess. This is the case with Obiora..The judge was assessing witnesses he did not see and was judging them.In legal practice it is an aberration....On 17 contested polling units the electoral act position in Section 140 is clear and that is what the appeal court used against the tribunal. In addition the appealed court ruled that in each of the seventeen polling unit, the votes were counted and when the results were . not reconcilable they were canceled in the presence of all the party agents .The cancellation was approved by the state returning officer. Thus there is no case of non compliance that could affect the results of the election. It was thus decided in favour if APC. Also thee tribunal majority judgement described the election as free and fair, no non compliance and it was violence free but it went ahead to deduct votes and announce a winner. is it not conflicting and confusing ? No wonder the appeal sustained the minority judgement of the appeal given by the most experienced judge and the chairman of the tribunal ..justice Sirajo. Finally from my opinion in view of the salient facts in the appeal court judgement and section 140 of the electoral law the hope of Adeleke to become Osun governor is a mirage and an exercise in futility.

no one is ready to read your epistles no more. You are just deceiving yourself here. Ademola Adeleke won the election in the first ballot. The rerun was marred with violence and intimidation .Supreme Court will based their judgement on the tribunal judgment .You will see what will happen in the supreme court next month. All your epistles are baseless.

. This epistle will soon become part of the holy writings of Nigerian history within eight weeks to this time....By then we will have seen the difference between sentiments, emotions and application of electoral laws in the face of judicial precedences.
