Nigerian billionaire, Arthur Eze reportedly has plans to establish a University as confirmed by former Aviation Minister, Osita Chidoka in a Facebook post he shared. According to Osita, few days ago he continued on a self imposed task of engaging Igbo Billionaires to start secondary schools, Polytechnics, Universities or adopt an existing one for full funding and it just yielded fruits. He further revealed that Arthur Eze now has plans to establish a University which he will work effortlessly on, to twin with a foreign university and ensure the Engineering school is of a world standard.
