Countries subscribe to international drug control act. Wherever marijuana is legal, there are stringent restrictions. You can't buy in some certain quantities. Know that! But are you sure this kind of control in Nigeria is possible? This is what I meant by leakages. You now catch the drift?

These drugs will find market outside Nigeria with disastrous consequences. Where Marijuana is legal its sale is subject to restrictions. In Nigeria, that cant be said to be possible. Got it?

The point is nobody Is going to sanction you for legalizing cannabis in your country or its proliferation in your home country. If u bring the case of exporting illegal canabis you should know that this is highly impossible because of checks of NCS and NDLEA.
