A cosiderable years of jail term with hard labour should do at leaast 20 years is ok by then the idiot must have learnt is lesson...
And if over the years the punishment doesn't reflect in the downside or reduction of rape then they should increase the number of years..

For me, the only offence that deserves capital punishment is premeditated murder. There are other ways of adequately punishing a rapist. Technically, under the Criminal Law, if a man has canal knowledge of a girl under 18, he has committed rape whether or not the girl consented. These days that 17-year-olds look 25 years, many guys may lose their lives on that score.

AND ALSO THOSE WHO FALSIFY RAPE SHOULD GET A DEATH PENALTY AS WELL
