[s]Everything all boils down to the fact that we like showing superiority and tribalism with which state is beautiful, which one is not. Ibadan is an ancient city with so many brown zinc and I can tell you that many of the houses you're looking at are either empty or going empty.
On the other hand, Ibadan is a city with so many exotic and luxurious houses offices, plazas, roads etc. It depends on the part of Ibadan that you want to see. You can't compare Ibadan and Enugu. Not because one is better than the other but because of the different status and people in the two places. I've lived im both cities well enough to know.
